Select and translate in Figma

When to use it

You are updating a single headline, button, or error message and do not need a batch pass. This is the fastest way to test tone or try another language in a review meeting.

Steps

1. Select a single text object on the canvas.
2. Open the Translator AI plugin.
3. Pick the target language; add optional instructions (e.g. "shorter," "formal").
4. Translate and read the result in context. Repeat if the layout needs tweaks.
